Oath is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for its donor platform. You will define the roadmap, trade-offs, and success metrics, partnering with engineering, design, data and the political team to deliver impactful donor experiences.
In this senior IC role, you will report to the COO and shape how product is practiced, including how we write specs, use AI, and measure outcomes against election deadlines. Location: Remote (US).
Oath helps Democratic donors give with impact. We are a donor-first platform that turns political data into clear, objective guidance on where a contribution will matter most, and then makes giving to those races simple.
Political giving is noisy. Donors are flooded with urgent emails and texts and have little way to judge which appeals matter. Oath closes that information gap. Our impact scoring weighs race competitiveness, district fundamentals and chamber control, so donors can see the relative value of their dollars across federal, statewide, state legislative and local races. We don’t charge candidates, we don’t sell donor data, and our recommendations aren’t for sale.
Oath has processed over $100M dollars to thousands of candidates and organizations. Every federal Democratic candidate is now on the platform, and we are building for a step change in scale in the cycles ahead.
