Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Online Donations. You will own the long‑term roadmap, run a product area with 2–4 PMs, and strengthen the team. You’ll shape how donors give and how nonprofits raise funds with hands‑on product work (≈70%) and leadership (≈30%).

You’ll coach peers, write complex specs, and drive cross‑team collaboration with a focus on data and AI‑driven workflows. Remote‑friendly role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring Product Managers.
• Excellent spec writing for multi‑team scopes.
• Hands‑on continuous discovery: customer interviews & market analysis.
• Experience building long‑term strategy and roadmap across products.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑team initiatives without formal authority.
• Experience setting up team processes and improving them.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, designers, leadership.
• Languages: Fluent Russian and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Own the long‑term strategic roadmap for Online Donations with PMs.
• Manage a product area end‑to‑end: discovery, specs, delivery, metrics.
• Write cross‑team specifications, define scope, dependencies, risks.
• Step in for other PMs during vacation or critical launches.
• Coach 2–4 Product Managers through 1:1s and reviews, participate in hiring.
• Build a continuous discovery culture with nonprofits and donors.
• Own your team’s operating rhythm and improve predictability.
• Align PMs with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams.
• Use AI in research, synthesis, spec writing, and communication.
