Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Consumer Payments to own the strategy and execution of consumer payment experiences, focusing on improving conversion, payment success, and the customer journey.

You will partner with Design, Analytics, Engineering and senior leadership to identify opportunities, test solutions, and shape a roadmap balancing customer needs, performance, risk, and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Curiosity about customer experiences and a drive to improve them.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers about system trade-offs.
• Proven track record of guiding products from discovery to launch.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust across teams and influence without authority.
• Bonus: Experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points in payment processes through research and data analysis.
• Develop new payment experiences in collaboration with Design and Analytics teams.
• Design and execute experiments to improve conversion rates and payment success.
• Ensure safe and cost-effective payment processing by balancing performance and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new opportunities and assess their impact.
• Create and manage a strategic roadmap focused on high-impact initiatives.
• Present product strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.
