Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote role focused on clinical care management and enterprise technology initiatives.

You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and collaborate across clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture. You will report to an Associate Director and work with Agile teams to drive enhancements, adoption, and continuous improvement, while supporting transformation efforts and improving operational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field with PM experience.
Experience conveying complex technical concepts to executive, technical, and business audiences.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivering measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with clinical management systems and healthcare processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage product enhancements supporting clinical care management and business operations.
Partner with leaders to define priorities, requirements, and plans.
Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams with milestones and timelines.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations.
Prepare updates and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
Evaluate business needs and propose process improvements for efficiency.
Collaborate with technology partners to support enhancements and issue resolution.
Assist with planning for new products and operational improvements.
Support product adoption by documenting requirements and coordinating testing.
Promote standard processes and continuous improvement across initiatives.
