Job summary

TokenBrickLabs, a Seattle-based blockchain studio, seeks a Product Manager to own strategy, planning, and execution for issuance, identity, and custody products. Translate business goals into clear requirements and drive day-two operations with a cross-functional team including engineering, design, and marketing.

You will lead discovery through day-two operations, maintain rigorous scope control, and write precise specs.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience, blockchain/gaming/fintech/real estate tech preferred.
• Strong Web3, tokenomics, NFTs, DeFi platform knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and PM tools (Jira/Trello/Notion).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, blockchain, and AI teams to translate goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to validate assumptions.
• Monitor KPIs and user feedback; drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across business, tech, and marketing.

TokenBrickLabs is a Seattle-based blockchain studio that designs, audits, and ships production Real-World Asset tokenization — issuance, identity, custody, and settlement rails for funds, fintechs, and operators. We hire globally and build for institutional security, compliance, and day-two operations, not slide-deck prototypes.

As a Product Manager, you will own strategy, planning, and execution for TokenBrickLabs products — translating issuance, identity, and custody into requirements engineering and design can ship, and operators can run.

At TokenBrickLabs, product is the sequencing of contracts, identity, custody, and the operator workflows that keep an issuance alive after launch. We do not ship theater. We ship systems institutions can run.Product managers here write clearly, cut scope without losing the risk surface, and stay close to engineering. We expect you to bring structure to ambiguous tokenization work and to own outcomes from discovery through day-two operations.

The Team: Product

Product sits between business, design, and engineering. We turn tokenization models into sequenced work: investor flows, issuer consoles, and the compliance surfaces in between. We measure what ships, write the spec, and stay in the room when legal and protocol disagree.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in blockchain, gaming, fintech, or real estate tech.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, tokenomics, NFTs, and DeFi platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance big-picture vision with detailed execution.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion).

Nice to have

• Experience shipping regulated or compliance-heavy products.
• Familiarity with RWA issuance, KYC/AML, or custody workflows.
• Comfort writing technical specs alongside engineering.
