Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, and contract drafting."
• Experience across procure-to-pay or source-to-pay lifecycles.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing activities and vendor evaluations.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procure-to-pay and source-to-pay lifecycle activities including contracts and vendor onboarding.
• Collaborate with departments to define purchasing needs and guide the procurement process.
• Lead competitive sourcing efforts: RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and evaluations.
• Draft contracts and negotiate terms with Legal and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing, terms, and value through spend analysis.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and monitor open PO commitments.
• Provide responsive procurement support to internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Monitor workflows and resolve bottlenecks and escalations.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and vendors on PO holds.
• Support vendor management initiatives and procurement process improvements.
• Maintain procurement data and documentation for controls.
• Assist cross-functional teams on month-end and organizational initiatives.
