Job summary

BKV Corporation is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist in Denver to lead end-to-end sourcing for CCUS projects and manage OPEX and CAPEX procurement. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies while optimizing supplier performance.

Role requires strong negotiation, contract management, and procurement system experience (SAP MM, Ariba, OpenInvoice) to deliver cost savings and reliable supply chains for the dCarbon Ventures unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant procurement experience.
• 7+ years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas/Energy, supporting OPEX and CAPEX.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, contracts, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for OPEX and CAPEX spend across services, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and manage RFPs/RFQs, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
• Establish strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance via KPIs.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery; drive cost savings and risk mitigation.
