• Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement, contracts, and commercial management experience on major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for procurement, contracts, and commercial management activities.
• Advise leadership on procurement strategy, contracting approaches, major commitments, changes, claims, and supplier risk.
• Promote disciplined decision-making and clear accountability across owner and EPCM project teams.
• Ensure safety leadership and that commercial decisions support safe project execution.
• Oversee EPCM sourcing, tendering, and contract administration from award to closeout.
• Maintain owner oversight of procurement, contracts, and commercial management.
