Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops conceptual solutions for P3 projects based on team design and FM requirements.
• Leads pricing processes for final solution.
• Manages development of a compelling business case and budgets for O&M and lifecycle services.
• Reviews client specifications and drives optimization of building systems to achieve lowest NPV.
• Leads or participates in meetings with customers and owners and provides input to related teams.
