Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a senior P3 program leader to design and price complex facility management solutions for large industrial and commercial sites in the U.S. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop costed O&M lifecycles, and craft compelling business cases for customer bids.

Ideal candidates have a decade of FM/O&M leadership, strong project management and superb communication skills, with travel up to 30% and a MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; MBA desirable.
• 10 years in facility management, O&M leadership, engineering, energy management and/or construction.
• Strong project management and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual solutions for P3 projects and lead pricing processes.
• Prepare detailed operations plans, staffing structures and cost estimates for O&M and lifecycle services.
• Lead a cross-functional team to present final solutions to client RFPs.
• Review RFP schedules and provide input to Sales, Legal and D&C teams.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to Transition team after Financial Close.
