Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Remote Senior Strategic Enablement Analyst to translate pricing, contract, and market data into actionable insights that drive commercial strategy and growth.

You will build pricing reports and financial models, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and lead process improvements across pricing, sales, and marketing operations to improve decision making and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Understanding of financial concepts related to sales, marketing, operations or finance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, contract management or operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of pricing, revenue and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Develop financial models to evaluate pricing performance, revenue impact, and forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support pricing planning.
• Analyze pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and recommendations.
• Generate data-driven insights and present findings for strategic decisions.
• Serve as a key contact for pricing data and reporting across functions.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Create and maintain performance reporting tools and frameworks.
