Job summary

The role partners with researchers and analysts to advance the center's impact. You will manage projects, develop editorial standards, and help plan webinars and external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public policy, journalism, marketing, public affairs, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in communications or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to synthesize complex topics clearly.
• Experience editing reports, policy publications, or summaries; editorial standards familiarity (AP/APA).
• Strong project management and organization; manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications projects from concept through publication, coordinating across teams.
• Develop systems to improve communications workflows and cross-team coordination.
• Synthesize complex research into clear, accessible materials for policymakers and audiences.
• Develop communications products including policy briefs, reports, presentations, and website copy.
• Draft and edit press materials; support media engagement; prepare staff for interviews.
• Plan and promote webinars and events; ensure messaging aligns with brand.
