Job summary

Clarke is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data center power generation projects, including Jenbacher engine installations and BOP infra. You will ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet client and Clarke Energy expectations.

Responsibilities include leading engineering staff, subcontractors, and site personnel, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with clients to resolve contractual issues. Travel nationally is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or 8+ years in power generation/data center construction.
• Experience managing large-scale multi-million-dollar engineering or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of HSE, quality, and commissioning protocols.
• Strong understanding of the power generation sector, including reciprocating engine systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and scheduling/project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams including Clarke Energy staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct site walks and meetings to ensure safety and schedule alignment.
• Manage performance against timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate regular internal meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to improve project delivery.
