Job summary

Request Technology, LLC seeks a Senior Business Project Manager for a primarily remote contract role (CTH) with up to 10–20% travel to Lake Forest, IL. Duration: 6-12+ months.

You will lead cross-functional projects across manufacturing, supply chain, finance and HR, bringing 10+ years of PM and PMP certification. Be prepared to manage multiple initiatives, across time zones, with national/international travel as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of formal, dedicated project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Manufacturing/supply chain management experience.
• OCM experience.
• Experience across: operations management, finance, relationship management, business development, change management, process improvement.
• Able to demonstrate successful experience in managing projects across multiple business functions and disciplines.
• Manage projects in any functional area of a business, i.e. Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all project management activities for an assigned project from Initiation through Closure.
• Demonstrate natural leadership and communication skills to instill confidence in the business team of your expertise and capability.
• Be able to manage projects in any functional area of a business, i.e. Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, etc.
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Potentially across multiple businesses, across time zones, internationally, etc. Includes travel nationally and potentially internationally as required by the assigned project.
• Must adopt, utilize and enhance the standard company tools, processes and templates.
• Must work with a continuous improvement mind-set so that all activities become inputs and improvements for future projects.
• Identify and manage project interdependencies.
• Manage external parties involved in an assigned project.
• Manage project completion, handover to steady-state, and post implementation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for health, safety and the environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for governmental and local laws and regulations.
