Turquoise Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Data Product team to own the strategy for claims data—from sourcing through platform integration to usage across products. You’ll work with diverse data sources and partners to ensure high-quality, well-understood data that enables fast, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Prior product management experience (3–5 years) with ownership over a data-centric roadmap.
• Direct experience with healthcare claims data and pricing mechanics.
• Exposure to price transparency data is a strong plus.
• Understanding of how different healthcare stakeholders use data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for claims data across all sources and investments.
• Understand usage terms of each data source and build value within constraints.
• Manage external data partnerships and stay close to market developments.
• Own ingestion of claims data into Turquoise, improving quality and mappings.
• Make claims data easily usable by other product teams for faster development.
• Integrate claims data into AI and analytics experiences for relevant insights.
