Jobgether, partnering with a healthcare-tech leader, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Claims Data in the United States. You will own strategy and roadmap for claims data, oversee data sourcing, ingestion, quality, and integration, and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and solutions teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally with direct ownership of a data-centric product strategy and roadmap.
• Direct experience working with healthcare claims data and a strong understanding of healthcare pricing mechanics, including how claims are adjudicated and paid against contracted rates.
• Experience with healthcare price transparency data is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with how payers, providers, life sciences organizations, employers, brokers, digital health companies, and care navigation platforms use data to make business and operational decisions.
• Data product strategy: define priorities, manage tradeoffs, and deliver reusable data capabilities across products.
• Data fluency: knowledge of data models, mapping, quality, definitions, and technical tradeoffs with engineering collaboration.
• Data partnerships and constraints: understand external data agreements, usage restrictions, and provider relationships.
• Cross-functional product leadership across engineering, analytics, product, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Customer-centric thinking: translate complex data into practical product capabilities that improve user experiences.
• Strategic judgment: strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ambiguous requirements.
• Communication and collaboration: excellent written and verbal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Work authorization: United States work authorization required; no sponsorship.
• Remote work readiness: able to collaborate with a distributed US-based team during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the claims data product across all sources, prioritizing investments and long-term opportunities.
• Oversee data sourcing, governance, ingestion, quality, standardization, mapping, and contractual constraints.
• Manage relationships with external data providers and monitor market developments.
• Define data ingestion directions, ensuring reliable, flexible pipelines and high data quality.
• Create reusable data models, definitions, and scalable data capabilities for internal teams.
• Enable AI-powered products, analytics tools, and customer-facing experiences with claims data.
• Shape in-platform experiences for customers to submit claims, generate reports, and derive insights.
• Support Strategy & Operations and Solutions Engineering with data access for client projects and analyses.
• Build reusable data assets, benchmarking tables, and dimensions to support cross-product analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to align priorities and delivery timelines.
• Apply knowledge of claims adjudication and contracted rates to guide data-driven pricing transparency.
