We are building the control plane for enterprise AI agents and are hiring a Senior Engineer to own subsystems within Stacklok Enterprise, the production distribution of ToolHive, and to mentor the team as they scale. You will design and deliver end-to-end subsystems, mentor SWE and SWE II engineers, and contribute to both internal architecture and the

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency in Go with production backend experience.
• Experience leading engineers and driving code review.
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of platform subsystems end to end.
• Anchor meaningful projects and balance reliability, scalability, and time to market.
• Write production-ready code with observability, testing, and error handling.
• Produce design docs and work breakdowns for planning.
• Mentor SWE and SWE II engineers and strengthen code review culture.
• Contribute to technical decisions with leads and leadership on behalf of the team.
• Contribute to the open-source ToolHive codebase and collaborate with contributors.
