Great Minds seeks a Senior Planning & Operations Specialist, Manipulatives, to own end-to-end planning and execution for physical instructional manipulatives. You will forecast, plan production, and coordinate fulfillment with Product, Marketing, Sales, ePMO, and external vendors to align with go-to-market timelines.

This role balances demand variability with manufacturing constraints and district delivery expectations, especially during peak adoption and back-to-school cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in education space with operations, supply chain, planning, or production management.
• Experience handling physical products (print, kits, manipulatives, or educational materials).
• Strong forecasting, analytical, and inventory planning skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) and data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Participate with stakeholders on forecasting for manipulatives across adoption cycles.
• Develop and maintain long-range capacity and inventory models for growth and seasonality.
• Communicate forecasts with vendors to ensure product availability.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess component risk and mitigation strategies.
• Resolve fulfillment issues with Order Management and Customer Success.
