Reiz Tech is hiring a Senior PHP Developer to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems for a fintech product. You will own complex technical solutions, influence architecture, and deliver secure, robust code aligned with fintech standards.

You will work on REST APIs, MySQL/MariaDB optimization, and CI/CD pipelines in a fully remote, international team. 7+ years of experience and expertise in PHP 8.x with Laravel or Symfony are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level PHP 8.x and modern development practices.
• Extensive Laravel or Symfony experience.
• Strong MySQL/MariaDB performance optimization.
• Solid REST API design principles.
• Proficiency with Git and code reviews.
• Experience with PHPUnit and test strategy definition.
• Hands-on Docker and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using PHP 8.x and Symfony/Laravel.
• Work with legacy and modern codebases ensuring stability and performance.
• Architect robust, secure, and high-performance fintech solutions.
• Build and maintain REST APIs with proper versioning and backward compatibility.
• Optimize queries, schemas, and migrations for MySQL/MariaDB.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker).
• Ensure code quality via tests and reviews; apply SOLID and clean architecture.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and drive technical decisions.
