Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Wyoming Pharmacy Technician license.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
• 6+ months experience in healthcare customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls (~50+ daily).
• Perform prior authorizations across multiple systems with documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies; resolve formulary issues.
