Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy Services Manager to lead operations teams, drive KPI tracking, and oversee rebate invoicing, collections, and claims review. You will guide staffing, process improvements, and staff development in a fully remote role with travel up to 20%.

This role requires 10+ years supervisory experience in PBM/Medicaid, 5+ years in management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills. The compensation range is disclosed with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years PBM experience.
• 5+ years managed care or Medicaid experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in managing or supervising staff and performing HR functions.
• Experience utilizing workforce management (WFM) and productivity tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PDF Editing Software skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboarding, and training of new pharmacy operations staff.
• Review and provide feedback to staff on monthly and quarterly operations reports.
• Manage operations staff productivity and performance, including performance reviews.
• Monitor staff attendance and timekeeping for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff on conduct and performance; support growth.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly SLAs are accurate and completed on time.
• Collaborate with PBM Manager to update staff performance metrics.
• Assist with maintenance of operations documentation and client reports.
• Interact with stakeholders to achieve operations goals; participate in projects.
