Job summary

Brown & Brown Remedy Analytics seeks a Senior Client Audit Engineer - Pharmacy to perform pharmacy claims audits, validate data quality, and support PBM contract compliance. You will work with PBMs, clients, and Remedy teams to ensure accurate deliverables and robust data pipelines.

The role emphasizes ETL, Oracle/SQL, Python, and analytics, with a focus on maintaining HIPAA compliance and creating efficient audit automation. Remote work options for Wisconsin-based operations are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or similar with analytical bias.
• Highly proficient in database creation/management, ETL, Oracle/SQL queries.
• Dimensional modeling understanding and data workflow development.
• 3–5 years of Pharmacy claims data experience.
• Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy) and data manipulation.
• Strong communication to present findings to clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete pharmacy claims audits for PBM contracts.
• Facilitate calls with PBMs, obtain and validate audit data.
• Load data, perform quality checks, reconcile datasets.
• Run Oracle outputs and ad-hoc analyses; draft audit reports.
• Develop and maintain audit automation transforms and tools.
• Train junior staff and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
