Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. (Remedy Analytics) is seeking a remote Pharmacy Audit Engineer to join our team in the United States. You will conduct pharmacy claims audits to ensure PBM contract compliance, perform data loading and quality checks, and develop an automated data framework.

The role requires strong SQL/Oracle skills, data modeling, and experience with Python and BI tools. You will work closely with PBMs and the Remedy client support team to deliver audits and reporting, while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar with analytical bias.
Strong SQL/Oracle experience and data validation skills.
Experience with data modeling, ETL and QA checks.
Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and develop the audit approach consistent with Remedy standards.
multitask on audits with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Analyze master files, profiles, and table changes for accuracy.
Improve audit automation transforms based on findings and tech updates.
Track open audit observations and follow up on remediation with PBMs and clients.
Draft audit reports to communicate results to the account team.
Handle ad hoc data analytics requests as needed by management.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and adhere to regulatory policies.
