Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Senior People Scientist to lead end-to-end talent programs and develop rigorous measurement frameworks that enhance decision-making across the organization.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, shaping people strategy and automation initiatives while ensuring ethical handling of talent data.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, or related quantitative field.
• Fluency in experimental design, psychometrics, survey methodology, and inferential statistics.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and improve company-wide talent programs (engagement survey, performance reviews, job architecture).
• Build measurement frameworks for performance quality, manager effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Develop dashboards/apps/AI agents to turn people data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Collaborate with PBPs, People Analytics, Total Rewards and senior leaders to translate data into strategy.
• Oversee AI outputs for reliability and reduce manual interventions.
