Job summary

StackAdapt, a remote-first company open to candidates in Canada, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Inventory Operations. You will own end-to-end analysis across multiple data sources, act as the senior escalation point for complex campaign delivery, and design scalable automation for inventory workflows using SQL, Python, and AI-assisted tooling.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape commercialization strategy, surface supply gaps, and influence the product roadmap with data,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or a data-focused role within ad tech, programmatic, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of leading data projects end to end, from scoping through delivery and adoption.
• Expert-level SQL and strong experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms and BI tools such as StarRocks, Snowflake, Redshift, ThoughtSpot, or Elasticsearch/Kibana.
• Ability to explain detailed technical analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs and other platforms is a plus.
• Python, scripting, or experience building AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis across multiple data sources and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex campaign delivery and supply issues on high-value accounts.
• Design and deliver scalable automation for recurring inventory workflows using SQL, Python, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Partner with Inventory Development, Technical Program, and Product teams to shape commercialization strategy and surface supply gaps.
• Guide the Sales team on complex RFPs, recommending inventory, measurement, and data solutions and building the analysis to support them.
• Define and maintain team standards for data quality, documentation, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Identify supply trends, pricing shifts, and performance opportunities and present to leadership.
