Job summary

Objective Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst on the People Insights & Engineering (PIE) team to maintain and advance data infrastructure, BI, and reporting for people analytics. The role is hands-on, focused on execution, analytics, and infrastructure enhancements, working closely with the PIE technical lead to maintain a governed analytics environment.

You will deliver recurring reporting, build canonical people data tables with BigQuery and dbt, and support data warehouse initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Analytics, or workforce analytics reporting.
• Proficient in SQL for reporting and data manipulation.
• Hands-on with a cloud data warehouse; BigQuery experience preferred.
• Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tooling.
• Experience with Git/GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring, clearly defined reporting; analyze trends across diverse data sources.
• Build canonical people data tables using BigQuery and dbt to support governed analytics.
• Support data warehouse and data-modeling initiatives, including backfill strategy and data-quality controls.
• Migrate and enhance governed dashboards as part of BI tooling migration.
• Manage extraction and processing of market and compensation benchmark data from external sources.
