Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager (Payments) for a full-time, 90-day engagement in the United States.

The role focuses on money-movement capabilities, including ACH, bank rails, payouts, and settlement, with a remote work option across US time zones. You will partner with Engineering to translate complex financial requirements into engineering-ready specifications and drive platform capabilities that scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with hands-on payments or money-movement experience.
• Direct ownership of payment or money-movement products and shipping on rails, transfers, cards, payouts, repayments, or settlement.
• Deep expertise in at least one payments domain, including transaction flow and system behavior.
• Experience with payment rails, processors, banks, or PSPs (ACH, RTP, card networks).

Responsibilities

• Own product definition for money-movement capabilities from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Translate complex financial requirements into clear PRDs, workflows, state transitions, API requirements, and launch criteria.
• Work at the transaction level: payment states, retries, processor responses, reconciliation, and settlement flows.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Data, Operations, and Engineering to ensure financial correctness and regulatory alignment.
