Job summary

Networks Connect, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee strategic partner relationships for outsourced recordkeeping services, focusing on non-ERISA voluntary 403(b), 457, and IRA business.

The role blends relationship management with operational excellence to deliver scalable processes and long-term partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will engage with financial institution partners, shape improvements across teams, and serve as a subject-matter expert in retirement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required.
7+ years in retirement services industry.
3+ years in Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
Experience with recordkeeping systems and trust operations.
Proven track record of managing large and complex client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with key financial institution and insurance partners representing over $5 billion in assets.
Serve as primary contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong communication cadence with partner leadership.
Collaborate on new product development, service enhancements, and business growth opportunities without direct ownership.
Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service delivery excellence.
Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements with partners.
Experience working directly with financial institutions or insurance company partners.
