829 Studios is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to advance our paid social practice in a Boston-area agency. You will manage multiple client campaigns, coordinate with marketing peers, and deliver strategic guidance to achieve objectives.

We value analytical thinkers who combine creativity with data-driven decision making, with strong communication and a collaborative mindset. Remote options may be available where applicable, with a standard compensation structure.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of paid advertising program management.
• Familiar with Facebook/LinkedIn ad ecosystems.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Able to leverage AI-powered tools to speed research and optimize reporting.

• Develop and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for diverse clients.
