Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns and projects.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relative to goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to reporting.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
