829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to grow its Paid Media practice. You will manage a portfolio of client campaigns across social platforms and coordinate with marketing colleagues to deliver integrated results.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytics to optimize campaigns, report outcomes, and support client relationships. A remote work option within the US is available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn paid social advertising tool sets.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hubspot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and paid campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and automation in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relative to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
