Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn paid social ads.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiar with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to speed research and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and manage multiple campaigns for a client portfolio.
• Monitor campaigns against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Assist senior team with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
