829 Studios is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns for a portfolio of SMB clients. You’ll blend creative thinking with data-driven analysis to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of paid social experience, familiarity with Facebook/LinkedIn ads, and proficiency in Google Workspace tools. We support remote work with a Boston office option and value clear communication and multitasking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paid advertising program management.
• Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns and projects.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns relative to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource to other departments.
