• 1–3 years of managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn paid social ad platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for research, insights, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium‑sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource to other departments.
