829 Studios is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to lead digital campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses. You will strategize, optimize, and report performance while collaborating across marketing disciplines to meet client goals.

You should have 1–3 years of paid social management, familiarity with Facebook/LinkedIn ads, and strong communication and organizational skills. Remote-friendly with a Boston office option.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiarity with Facebook/LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and manage multiple digital ad campaigns for SMBs.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for client goals.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Create deliverables from kickoff docs to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals with digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop as a technical resource for other departments.
