Job summary

Bosun is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own hands-on paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and beyond, in a fully remote U.S. role. You will develop strategies, optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and communicate with clients with clear, data-driven recommendations.

You’ll work closely with a small, highly technical team in a low-bureaucracy environment. Expect ownership over campaigns, direct client interactions, and opportunities to influence outcomes through rigorous analysis

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience developing multi-channel paid media strategies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
