Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Sr. Ops Lead to oversee day-to-day management of end-to-end or co-managed revenue cycle engagements, partnering with client leaders to communicate performance and drive operational improvements.

You will support initiatives to improve KLAS and NPS scores and collaborate with service delivery and operations teams to align objectives and remediate risks. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least 2 years in revenue cycle roles.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in revenue cycle or related field.
