You will coordinate day-to-day operations, work with Clinical Managers, and drive efficient service delivery across field-based providers with a focus on data and reporting. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in operations or customer service, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with PowerBI/Tableau and office tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with data management, reporting and visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail; able to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules daily and manage competing priorities.
• Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally, usually for training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day business operational activities.
• Partner with the Senior Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations of field-based providers.
• Identify and address operational process issues; implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate provider schedules; ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Lead data collection processes, prepare reports, and respond to inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Train and mentor new operations coordinators and support cross-department activities.
