Job summary

Allocator One Group in the US is seeking an experienced professional to architect investor onboarding and trade operations within Infra One. You will own KYC/AML, investor registers, and trade capture, coordinating across GPs, fund accounting, custodians, and compliance.

You will build repeatable processes for onboarding new GPs, scale to 5–20+ funds, mentor analysts, and define operating standards to service multiple funds with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of operations/middle office experience at a PE firm, hedge fund, venture platform, or fund administrator.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement KYC/AML procedures and investor verifications.
• Maintain investor registers: track admissions, capital commitments, account statuses, and investor contact information.
