Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Programs to lead cross-functional programs that boost manufacturing performance and execution discipline across multiple sites within the Linear Motion Division. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Product Management to translate strategy into actionable plans and milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing operations or program management, with proven experience in complex, multi-site initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, program management, supply chain, engineering, operational excellence, or capital project execution.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs, teams, or transformation initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site programs with multiple functions, stakeholders, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational programs to improve manufacturing performance and growth.
• Manage CapEx planning, budgeting, and execution across sites.
• Oversee facility lease programs with Corporate Real Estate and align with financial commitments.
• Develop standardized LMD project management framework to drive savings and scalability.
• Drive governance routines, dashboards, and senior leadership updates.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
