Next 150 Construction Services seeks a senior Operations Manager to translate strategic plans into disciplined, predictable execution across a growing portfolio of work. This role partners closely with Next 150 leadership, project teams, finance and safety to drive consistency, mitigate risk, and embed enterprise operating standards within Gilbane governance.

The position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location with Gilbane offices, and offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• Experience leading self-perform operations is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional operating rhythms, project reviews, staffing and safety follow-ups.
• Standardize operating practices to improve predictability and scalability.
• Act as liaison between project teams and leadership to align strategy and execution.
• Analyze feedback and implement process improvements.
• Support project startup readiness, staffing plans, and initial financial setup.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for site operations under Next 150 and Gilbane governance.
• Drive enterprise-wide financial planning, performance dashboards, and risk mitigation.
