Next 150 Construction Services is seeking an Operations Manager to translate the strategic plan into disciplined execution across a growing portfolio. You will align with leadership, project teams, finance, safety, and HR to drive consistency and mitigate risk while upholding enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads preparation, documentation, and follow-up for divisional operating rhythms.
• Partners with Project and Business Leaders to standardize operating practices.
• Serves as a liaison between project teams and leadership to align strategy and execution.
• Analyzes feedback to develop and implement process improvements.
• Supports project startup readiness including scope review and staffing plans.
• Develops SOPs for Gilbane Jobsite Standards.
• Ensures alignment with Enterprise SOPs and governance.
• Supports delivery of the Next 150 financial plan and forecasting.
• Leads risk mitigation processes across BUs/Divisions.
• Establishes multi-year financial plans and growth strategies.
• Drives use of forecasting tools and dashboards.
• Partners with Finance to manage risk and fee erosion.
• Leads identification of operational risks at project and portfolio level.
• Supports claims avoidance and commercial discipline.
• Maintains governance structures to prevent risks entering watchlists.
• Operationalizes the organizational design for growth.
• Partners with HR to support onboarding and capacity readiness.
• Supports training programs for enterprise learning.
• Maintains staffing plans and coordinates with HR for capacity.
• Models leadership behaviors aligned with company values.
• Supports leadership capability across functions.
• Coordinates staffing transitions with workforce strategies.
• Reinforces Safety as a non-negotiable and embeds expectations.
• Drives safety culture and works with Safety to address incidents.
