Ladders is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to drive continuous improvement, standardize workflows, and deliver measurable operating gains in a technology-driven environment. This remote US-based role partners with executives and project stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and enhance execution quality.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of related experience, an undergraduate degree, and strong communication skills, with preference for SaaS/cloud exposure and governance/reporting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent career experience.
• Knowledge in Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on action and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud technologies preferred.
• Ability to articulate solutions to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and partners via virtual and onsite meetings.
• Lead product demonstrations and identify solution alignment.
• Assist sales in developing account plans.
• Conduct process assessments and build Proof of Concepts.
• Ensure customer success through collaboration with partners.
• Develop new use-cases and showcase solution impact.
• Deliver coaching or training to peers as needed.
