Jobot is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Attorney in Texas with 5+ years of experience preparing and reviewing mineral title opinions. The role requires independent evaluation of complex title issues, thorough examinations of Texas records, and producing clear opinions with minimal supervision.

Formación

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active Texas law license or eligible for admission within a defined timeframe.
5+ years in oil & gas, mineral title, real estate, or related practice.
Experience preparing, reviewing, or supervising Texas oil & gas title opinions.
Strong knowledge of Texas mineral and real property law.

Responsabilidades

Independently prepare original, supplemental, acquisition, drilling, division order, and other oil & gas title opinions involving Texas properties.
Conduct and oversee comprehensive examinations of mineral and real property records in Texas counties.
Analyze complex chains of title and related instruments.
Apply Texas statutes, case law, and title standards to reach well-supported conclusions.
Manage multiple title projects with tight production and turnaround deadlines.
