Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering with a focus on NLP.
• Proven expertise implementing transformer-based architectures (BERT, T5, GPT).
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with tokenization, embeddings, and text classification techniques.
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem for building and adapting NLP models.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement transformer-based architectures for diverse linguistic tasks.
• Develop and optimize models for text classification, tokenization, and embeddings using Python and DL frameworks.
• Leverage the Hugging Face ecosystem to adapt, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for business needs.
• Build and maintain scalable NLP pipelines to process large volumes of unstructured text.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP and LLM capabilities into production.
