Codertal is seeking an experienced NLP Engineer to join our AI team and develop state‑of‑the‑art language understanding models. You will work on projects involving text classification, semantic search, LLM fine‑tuning, information extraction, and intelligent automation. Your work will empower international clients as they build innovative language‑driven solutions.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and developers to bring cutting‑edge NLP models into production, ensuring scalability, performance, and real‑world impact.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize NLP models using Transformers, BERT, spaCy, and Hugging Face.
Develop pipelines for text preprocessing, tokenization, and feature extraction.
Implement solutions for NER, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and summarization.
Fine‑tune LLMs for domain‑specific applications.
Evaluate and improve model accuracy, responsiveness, and stability.
Deploy NLP models using MLOps best practices.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and Generative AI.

🎯 Required Skills and Experience
