Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-level network architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end network solutions, encompassing routing, switching, security, WAN, and data center networking.
• Evaluate emerging network technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.
• Define network standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical leadership on complex network projects.
• Develop detailed network designs for specific solutions, including IP addressing, QoS, and security policies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into network solutions.
• Create and present technical proposals and design documentation to senior management and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide architectural guidance for resolution.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, with a significant focus on design and strategy.
• Expert‑level knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, MPLS, and SD‑WAN.
• Deep understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Experience with cloud networking architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale, complex enterprise networks.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with network automation, programmability, and SDN concepts is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
