Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Principal, NetSuite Consultant based in the United States. You will lead client relationships, oversee managed services delivery, and drive improvements across complex NetSuite environments.

Fully remote opportunity with occasional on-site engagements; you will mentor teams, optimize service delivery, and guide integrations with Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp, while aligning ERP practices with business objectives for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Four+ years hands-on NetSuite experience.
• NetSuite ERP certifications preferred.
• Solid ERP implementation and optimization knowledge.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with e-commerce/CRM/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and service delivery as primary contact.
• Oversee managed services across multiple projects and reviews.
• Monitor time, billings, renewals, and profitability.
• Advise on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and process improvements.
• Drive service delivery improvements and expand offerings.
• Mentor distributed consulting teams.
• Guide integrations with Celigo, Boomi, FarApp and other systems.
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and risks.
• Coordinate cross-regional delivery alignment.
