Job summary

Fortuna BMC is seeking a lead .NET developer to guide the technical design and hands-on build of a complex AWS-hosted application. You will manage a development team, enforce standards, and drive delivery quality across databases, interfaces, and APIs.

You will mentor staff, support CI/CD, and coordinate with architecture, QA, infra, and PM teams. This is a remote US-based opportunity with a Fall closure window and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years serving as Lead Developer on IT projects.
• At least 3 years as Lead Developer on multi-million IT initiatives.
• Hands-on .NET development and AWS experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical operations and coordinate dev team activities.
• Establish coding standards, reviews, and technical documentation.
• Lead the technical design and hands-on development of .NET solutions in AWS.
• Coordinate multi-database, API, and network integrations.
• Mentor developers and support DevOps/CI/CD and release readiness.
