Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
• 7+ years of developer experience with .NET, SQL, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs, and T-SQL.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and relational database technologies.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain government clearance; US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
• Evaluate existing processes and propose automation and audit controls.
• Fix production issues quickly while adhering to coding and security standards.
• Provide and maintain technical documentation for new system processes or enhancements.
• Proficient in SQL Server development across all layers including schema design and T-SQL.
• Provide regular project and time accounting.
• Understand, adhere to and implement coding and security standards.
• Perform after hours and weekend on-call support on rotation.
